Jacksonville Heart Center Utilizing M3-Patient Experience to Create a Culture of Service Excellence

Jacksonville, Florida, April 25, 2008 – Jacksonville Heart Center (JHC) recently entered into a multi-year agreement with MedicalGPS, LLC (MGPS) to utilize M3-Patient Experience, MGPS’ on-line patient survey system, allowing JHC leadership the capability to capture continuous real-time patient feedback. As evidenced by their years of dedication to caring for and serving the citizens of Jacksonville, and the surrounding communities, JHC’s greatest satisfaction comes from changing the lives of patients who choose JHC for their Cardiology care.
