More and more consumers are Internet savvy these days, which means more and more of your patients are Internet savvy as well. In a recent study by the Saint Francis Family Medicine Residency Program and University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis, “Are Your Patients Ready for Electronic Communication?”, by Allen L. Pelletier, MD, FAAFP, Greggory R. Sutton and Raymond R. Of the patients surveyed, 88% indicated they had access to the Internet.
